摘  要:为了揭示薇甘菊不同器官的挥发性化学物质成分及其相对含量,采用SDE法提取薇甘菊花序、茎、叶片、叶柄不同器官的精油,GC-MS检测分析其化学成分及含量。GC-MS共检测、鉴定出薇甘菊花序有66种精油,主要成分为异松油烯(17.89%)、β-澄椒烯(9.89%)、β-石竹烯(6.64%)、反-罗勒烯(4.61%)、α-姜烯+表-荜澄茄油烯醇(4.12%)、γ-松油烯(4.01%)、库贝醇(4.01%)、柠檬烯(3.83%)、α-石竹烯(3.74%)、β-蒎烯(3.64%)、大香叶烯D(3.20%);茎有61种精油,主要成分为β-蒎烯(21.77%)、β-水芹烯(11.64%)、β-石竹烯(5.89%)、库贝醇(5.84%)、β-澄椒烯(5.38%)、α-石竹烯(3.99%)、异松油烯(3.50%)、α-蒎烯(3.46%)、α-姜烯(3.37%)、表姜烯酮(3.13%);叶片有56种精油,主要成分为β-澄椒烯(17.44%)、反-罗勒烯(8.93%)、β-石竹烯(8.39%)、β-水芹烯(6.29%)、大香叶烯D(5.99%)、库贝醇(5.90%)、β-蒎烯(4.90%)、α-蒎烯(3.69%)、马兜铃酮(3.36%);叶柄有46种精油,主要成分为β-澄椒烯(19.77%)、β-石竹烯(13.68%)、大香叶烯D(8.72%)、库贝醇(6.27%)、δ-杜松烯(5.64%)、α-石竹烯(4.18%)、表姜烯酮(3.54%)、β-红没药烯(3.05%)。To reveal the volatile chemical components and their relative content from different organs of Mikania micrantha, constituents of essential oil extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) from inflorescence, stem, leaf and petiole of M. micrantha, were analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results showed that 66 compounds were identified in the inflorescence, and the main components were Terpinolene (17.89%), β-Cubebene (9.89%), β-Caryophyllene (6.64%), trans-Oeimen (4.61%), α-Zingiberene+EPI-Cubenol(4.12%), γ-Terpinene(4.01%), Cubenol(4.01%), Limonene(3.83%), α-Caryophyllene(3.74%), β- Pinene(3.64%) and Germacrene-D(3.20%). 61 compounds were identified in the stem, and the main components were β-Pinene(21.77%), β-Phellandrene(ll.64%), β-Caryophyllene (5.89%), Cubenol(5.84%), β-Cubebene(5.38%), α-Caryophyllene(3.99%), Terpinolene(3.50%),α-Pinene (3.46%), α-Zingiberene (3.37%) and Epizonaren (3.13%). 56 compounds were identified in the leaf, and the main components were β-Cubebene(17.44%), trans-Ocimene(8.93%), β-Caryophyllene(8.39%), β-Phellandrene(6.29%), Germacrene-D(5.99%), Cubenol (5.90%), β-Pinene (4.90%), α-Pinene (3.69%) and Aristolone (3.36%). 46 compounds were identified in the petiole, and the main components were β-Cubebene(19.77%), β-Caryophyllene(13.68%), Germacrene-D(8.72%), Cubenol(6.27%), δ-Cadinene(5.64%), α- Caryophyllene(4.18%), Epizonaren(3.54%) and β-bisabolene(3.05%).
