摘　　要：结合180 kt/a粒状磷酸二铵装置在喷浆造粒过程中出现的问题,对造粒机机体内部结构进行了分析。从造粒机氨分布器、料浆分布器、管式反应器以及造粒机筒体转速、橡胶衬板等找出影响磷酸二铵成粒的因素,并提出相应的改进意见。In connection with the problems in the spherodizer of the 180 kt/a granular diammonium phosphate unit, an analysis is made of the internal structure of the granulator. Factors that affect the granulation of diammonium phosphate are found in terms of ammonia distributor, slurry distributor and pipe reactor in the granulator, revolving speed of the granulator shell, and rubber lining plate, and appropriate improvement suggestions are proposed.
