摘 要:介绍了高效单塔复合式尿素废液深度水解解吸技术的工艺流程及特点,比原解吸装置多产生效益约338万元/a。低压尿素深度水解装置投运后,彻底解决了2套尿素装置工艺冷凝液达标外排的问题,从根本上缓解了企业的环保压力,吨尿素氨耗下降6 kg左右。A description is given of the technological process and features of high-efficiency single tower combined urea waste water depth hydrolysis desorption technology, and it produced benefit of about 3.38 million yuan per year more than original desorption plant. After the commissioning of 35 m3/h urea low pressure depth hydrolysis desorption plant, the problem of disposal waste water of two sets of urea plants process condensate has solved thoroughly, relieving environmental pressure on enterprise fundamentally, and the consumption of ammonia per ton urea decreases by 6 kg approximately.
