摘 要:通过对天然气压缩机的噪声源及其特性的分析,结合现场实验数据的进一步论证,得出压缩机主要噪声是由气缸内气体压力波动引起,特别是第三级气缸内气柱共振引起的噪声影响最大。根据分析结果对噪声进行有效的控制,使机组的平均噪声声压级由原来的89.7 dB降低到72.4 dB,降噪量约17 dB,达到预期目标。Through the analysis of the noise sources of a natural gas compressor and their characteristics, and according to the measured noise data, it was found that the compressor noise is mainly caused by fluctuations of gas pressure in cylinders, especially the air column resonance inside the third-grade cylinder. Based on the results of analysis, the noise was controlled effectively. As a result, the average sound pressure level of the noise of the compressor unit has been reduced from the original 89.7 dB to 72.4 dB, which reaches the expected requirement.
