二维离散元法与岩石切割过程仿真

摘　　要：利用二维离散元软件PFC2D对抗压强度为9.96 MPa的岩石材料进行了切削仿真,仿真结果表明,二维离散元仿真软件可以直观动态显示岩石的崩落过程,较有限元软件具有一定优势;随着切削厚度的增加,刀具平均切削力呈线性增加趋势。Simulation of rock cutting was carried out on the rock with 9.96 MPa compressive strength by the 2D discrete element soft- ware of PFC2D. The simulation results indicate that： rock broken process could be shown by 2D discrete element software intuitively, which has an advantage over finite element software ;mean cutting force of cutter was increased with the increasing of cutting depth.
