农民文化素质对收入水平影响的定量分析——以甘肃省为例

摘　　要：本文利用2011年《甘肃省发展年鉴》等统计资料,以欠发达地区甘肃省为例,构建回归模型定量分析了农民文化素质对农民收入的影响,分析结果表明甘肃农民文化素质偏低在很大程度上制约了主动获取信息、知识和技术的能力,使得农民收入普遍较低。为此,甘肃省要持续加大农村基础教育的投入力度,发展与农村生产建设相适应的高职教育,提高农民文化素质以及种植、养殖的技能,促使传统农民向高素质职业农民转变,不断提高农民收入水平和升级优化收入结构。Taking the less developed Gansu Province as an example, this analysis adopts the statistic data from Gansu Province Development Yearbook in 2011 and builds a regression model to analyze farmers＇quality, which af- fects their income. The analyzed result shows that the low cultural quality restricts farmers to obtain information, knowledge and technology actively in Gansu province, which leads to low income. Gansu Province therefore is re- quired to enlarge the educational investments in rural area and push the relevant high vocational education for im- proving their cultural quality in the fields of planting and feeding. Farmers are needed to shift from tradition to high quality as to continuously increase their income and optimize their income structures.
