摘 要:为了贯彻《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(征求意见稿)对硫磺回收装置二氧化硫排放浓度降至小于400 mg/m3(特殊地区小于200 mg/m3)的限值要求,介绍了液硫脱气原理和各种脱气工艺,指出了降低液硫温度可降低其中的H2S含量,采用压缩空气抽硫池至酸性气燃烧炉燃烧回收硫化氢,或采用中石化南京工程有限公司自主研发的尾气处理专利技术,实现了SO2达标排放。In order to implement the limit requirements for of SO2 emission concentration to be reduced to less than 400 mg/m3( less than 200 mg/m3 for special regions) for sulfur recovery unit according to the'Standard for pollutant emission from petroleum refining industry'( draft for comment),the principle of liquid sulfur degassing and various degassing processes are introduced,and it is pointed out that by reducing the temperature of liquid sulfur, the H2S content can be reduced. By using compressed air sulfur extraction pond to sour gas combustion furnace for burning to recover hydrogen sulfide, or using the proprietary technology developed by SINOPEC Nanjing Engineering & Construction Inc.,SO2 emission according to the standard is achieved.
