摘  要:阐述了中心管式副线火管废热锅炉的优缺点及换热面积富裕系数过大的负作用,测定了400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置废热锅炉的换热面积富裕系数,并采取了在转化器一段添加含铯催化剂的补救措施来解决中心管式副线火管废热锅炉的富裕系数过大的问题,取得了良好效果,建议大型硫磺制酸装置建设时应慎重选用中心管式副线火管废热锅炉。The advantages and disadvantages of central tube type bypass fire tube waste heat boiler and the negative effect of excessive heat exchange area allowance factor are described. Heat exchange area allowance factor for the waste heat boiler of a 400 kt/a sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant is measured,and remedial measures are taken by charging cesium-containing catalyst to the first stage of the converter in order to address the excessive allowance factor of the central tube type bypass fire tube waste heat boiler,which has achieved good results. It is suggested that during construction of large-sized sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant,care should be taken while selecting the central tube type bypass fire tube waste heat boiler.
