公平正义视域下我国当前农民工问题研究

摘　　要：随着社会的迅速发展,农民工事实上已经成为一个有着自己独特利益诉求的规模巨大的特殊社会群体,这一群体不可避免地对现行制度安排与政策体系产生巨大的冲击。追求社会的公平正义和维护自己的合法权益必然成为农民工的价值追求。排除乌托邦式的公平正义,守住"底线正义",实现农民工问题方面事实上可能的公平正义仍有其紧迫性、必然性及可行性。Migrant workers from rural areas in China are a large special group of citizens with their own special interests. With the rapid development of society, this group would produce huge impact on the present system- atic arrangements and policy system. They pursue social fairness and justice, and protect their legitimate rights more consciously but difficultly. Therefore, it is still urgent, necessary and feasible to rule out Utopian fairness and justice, but to hold the bottom line of justice to realize fairness and justice in the real sense.
