摘　　要：当前我国大调解机制运行过程中所面临的问题,不仅是借助政府、发扬传统、依托社会的问题,还有如何立法以顺应时代潮流、适应社会演变、满足人民需求的问题。这就要求我国不仅仅要就大调解机制的具体制度细节予以完善,还需在总括抽象的高度上明晰大调解机制的定位及法律载体设计,以构建统一高度、明确定位、"三位一体"完整的大调解模式。Facing the current running the multipartite mediation mechanism in China, not only with the aid of government, develop the traditional, relying on social problems, and how to legislation to conform to the trend of the times, adapt to social development, to meet the people＇s demand problem. This requires our country not only to the specific details of the system of mediation mechanism should be improved, also in the overall level of abstraction for clear positioning of the multipartite mediation mechanism and legal carrier design, to construct a uniform height, clear positioning; ＂the Trinity＂ complete mediation model.
