“90后”大学生创业心理素质现状调查与对策研究

摘　　要：以问卷调查方式对沈阳市五所高校在校"90后"大学生开展关于创业心理素质的调查研究结果表明:过半大学生对创业感兴趣并有创业意愿,他们的创业动机呈多元化趋势,社会支持系统影响他们创业心理的形成,他们的创业能力有待进一步提高。高校应进一步激发大学生的创业动机;将创业教育与专业教育相结合;通过创业实践提升大学生的创业能力;鼓励大学生充分利用国家和政府提供的创业优惠政策等,促进其成功创业。The results of the investigation and research of the entrepreneurial psychological quality of post- 90s university students in five universities in Shenyg by means of queonnaire surveys show that over half students are interested in entrepreneurship and have entrepre-neurship willing; that their entrepreneurship motivation displays the trend of diversity; that the social supporting system influences their entrepre- neurial psychology formation and that their entreprenemship ability needs further improvement. University should further spark university students＇ entrepreneurial motivation, combine entrepreneurship education with major education and enhance university students＇ entrepreneurship ability through entrepreneurship practice to encourage university students to fully make use of the entrepreneurship preference provided by the country and the government to promote their success in entrepreneurship.
