摘　　要：商业组织在欧盟经济一体化发展中的推动作用功不可没,特别是欧洲工业家圆桌会议(ERT)在欧盟经济一体化形成与发展中起到了非常重要的作用。相比较而言,东南亚的商业组织由于受到政府的指派与任命,对大区域经济一体化的影响力和协调能力远不如欧洲的商业组织,如ERT。因此,本文基于欧盟和东盟两种样本的分析,指出欧洲的商业组织如ERT在推进欧盟经济一体化进程中起到了关键的作用,而东盟工商咨询理事会在推进东盟经济一体化建设上更多地体现了各自政府的色彩。通过比较分析,本文认为尽管商业组织在欧盟和东盟的区域经济一体化建设中的表现各异,但对我国在国际区域经济一体化进程中,如何完善并发挥商业组织的影响力,仍具有一定的借鉴意义和启示。Tbe function of business organization is great in the development of European economic integration, and ERT plays a crucial role in European economic integration and development. By contrast, the impacts of business organization in Southeast Asia are much weaker than the impacts of ERT in Europe because of the appointment of government. Therefore, the article made a comparative study of EU and ASEAN, and pointed out that ERT in Europe played an important role in the economic integration of EU while ASEAN-BAC in Southeast Asia was representative of the governments concemed to a great extent in the economic integration of ASEAN. Based on the comparative study, the article thought that although the function of business organization was different to some extent in EU and ASEAN, it was worthwhile for China to learn how to improve and bring into play the impacts of business organization in the process of international regional economic integration.
