摘  要:对76.7 m大型水平轴风力发电机锥筒式塔筒进行模块化设计,采用分段分瓣结构形式,各瓣塔筒连接板连接,各段采用反向平衡法兰连接,用高强度螺栓紧固.根据塔筒整体应力分布,取模块化塔筒底部反向平衡法兰建立子模型,用有限元软件ABAQUS对塔筒子模型进行强度分析.结果证明,模块化塔筒强度满足工程要求,保持了设计前塔筒力学特性,为大功率风力发电机塔筒制造、运输、安装优化工艺,降低成本.The modular design was carried out for the cone-type tower of 76.7 m in height with a horizontal axis wind turbine. The structure and form of the tower is the sectional split type, with the valve connected to the connecting board, while the connection sections use reverse balance flange connection, which were tightened by high strength bolts. According to the tower of the overall stress distribution, the bottom flange part of the modular tower was used to building the sub-model, and the modular tower model was for the strength analysis using ABAQUS software. The analytical results show that the strength of the modular tower can meet the work require- ments, which not only solve the problems of manufacturing, transportation and installation, but also bring considerable economic benefits.
