摘　　要：作为高校法学教育中的一种重要的实践教学方式，模拟法庭教学法在实现高等法学教育目标方面具有十分重要的作用．但是，目前的模拟法庭教学实践仍然存在一些问题。本文拟对我国大学法学专业的模拟法庭教学提出若干创新性建议，以推动我国法学教育人才培养目标的实现。As an important practice teaching method in college education, Moot Court teaching plays an important role in the achievement of the teaching goals in college legal education. However, there are still some problems in the current practice of teaching in the moot court. Hence, this paper proposes some innovative suggestions in the perfection of the moot court teaching. In the perspective of the theoretical studies, the paper tries to do its utmost to the construction of moot court teaching in college education of legal major, so as to achieve the training goals of China＇s legal education.
