摘　　要：用有限元法对某汽油发动机机油加注口盖进行密封分析,建立有限元模型并考虑塑料材料和接触非线性等,以考察其盖密封性能.分析结果表明,弹簧片产生的装配力和机油加注口盖局部的结构刚度等对密封结果有影响.分析获得合适的装配力,以满足密封要求.The seal performance of oil filler cover is studied by finite element method. Considering the material and contact nonlinear, the finite element model is built and analyzed to evaluate the seal performance. The results show that the preload force and the stiffness around the oil filler cover have significant effects on the seal performance. A suitable preload is suggested to meet the seal requirement through the analysis.
