摘  要:选取某乘用汽车悬架与导向杆之间的橡胶衬套为研究对象,在有限元软件Abaqus中建立该衬套的CAE模型,采用适当的橡胶超弹性计算方法模拟该衬套的静态加载过程,得到该衬套的静态刚度特性和应力云图,并与试验数据进行对比研究.结果表明选用合适的本构模型和超弹性参数可以得到与试验吻合度很高的数据,可以提高橡胶衬套的设计开发效率,减少试验成本.A typical rubber bushing, which is used between the guide rod and the front suspension, is researched in Abaqus. The CAE model of the rubber bushing is built. With appropriate super elastic rubber bushing calculation method, the static loading process is simulated. The static stiffness characteristics and the stress distribution are also displayed, and the data is compared with the experimental results. By choosing appropriate calculation methods and super elastic parameter, the finite element analysis results can have a good consistence with the test results, which can improve the design and development efficiency of rubber bushing and reduce the test cost.
