摘　　要：基于Isight和Tosca软件对抗侧滚扭杆装置轻量化设计问题进行优化分析.采用Isight软件集成Abaqus软件对扭杆轴进行结构参数优化分析;采用Tosca软件集成Abaqus软件和fe-safe软件对扭转臂进行结构拓扑优化分析,研究扭杆轴与扭转臂的轻量化设计方法.The software of Isight and Tocsa are respectively used for lightening design of anti roll bar system. The structural parameters optimization analysis of bar is carried out using the method of integration of Isight with Abaqus, and the topology optimization analysis of arm is done by the method of integration of Tosca with Abaqus and fe safe, so as to gain corresponding optimization schemes respectively.
