摘　　要：从2.3亿"农民工"实现向城镇完全转移的需求出发,分析了新型城镇化背景下现代职业教育三项主要变化和六种应有作用,并提出了建立职业教育产品国家购买制度、强化职业技术教育标准化建设和完善职业教育评估制度三项建议。Based on the issues of complete transfer of 2.3 hundred million ＂migrant workers＂ towards cities, this article has analyzed three major changes and six functions of present vocational education in the new-type urbanization. It has offered three suggestions that include establishing national purchasing system of vocational education production, strengthening construction of standardization in vocational education and improving evaluation system of vocational education.
