论新时期高校辅导员如何做好大学生思想政治教育工作

摘　　要：新时期下,由于社会发展和教育制度改革等导致的学生群体特征的变化及其在面对环境改变时产生的在心理、思想等方面的变化,高校辅导员工作同样面临许多新的挑战。为更好地帮助辅导员做好学生的思想政治教育工作,笔者从实际社会情况出发,结合自身工作经历,谈及辅导员的工作重心,辅以公众媒体等科技力量,关于如何应对新时期辅导员工作的挑战提出了自己的见解。In the new period, social development ancl the reform of education system have led to students＇ emotional and ideological changes, which challenges college counselors＇ work. In order to help counselors in students＇ ideological and political education, the writer, based on practical social situation and personal work- ing experience, proposes several personal views on how coun- selors can deal with challenges in the new period, from the per- spective of counselors＇ focuses of working and scientific assis- tance as public media.
