浅谈BIM在建设价值工程中的应用

摘　　要：在建筑业开展价值工程收益很大,但价值工程在建筑业应用却不多,本文试寻找了其原因,并提出利用新近出现的BIM技术来促进价值工程在建筑业的发展应用。BIM的信息集成化管理,可视化功能,4D模拟技术以及相关软件平台,可以方便在建筑行业开展价值工程,以提高建筑价值,节约资源成本。To carry out value engineering in construction industry cab bring a large income, but there is lack of application of value engineering in construction industry. This paper tries to find its causes, and promote the application of value engineering in construction industry with the newly emerged BIM Technology. BIM integration of information management, visualization capabilities, 4D simulation technology and related software platform, can easily carry out value engineering in the construction industry to improve the architectural value and save resources cost.
