摘　　要："90后"青年大学生是未来社会发展的依靠力量,是推动美丽中国建设的生力军,其社会责任意识的高低直接关乎到国家的全面发展及社会生活的和谐健全。本文以调查问卷形式对北京某高校"90后"大学生的责任意识状况进行调查,分析部分大学生社会责任意识缺失的原因,提出加强校园文化建设、开展社会实践和志愿服务活动是高校提升大学生社会责任意识的有效途径。Post-90s college students are the pillars of social development in the future, and is the power of developing country. The consciousness of social responsibility is directly related to the integrated development of country and harmonious social life. This paper conducted a survey on responsibility consciousness of post-90s college students from a university in Beijing by using survey questionnaire, analyzes the causes of lacking the sense of social responsibility, and puts forward measures to enhance the sense of social responsibility of college students, such as strengthening the construction of campus culture, social practice and voluntary service.
