摘　　要：[目的]从农村发展的角度出发,通过对2000～2010年阿勒泰市耕地面积动态变化的分析研究,寻找影响阿勒泰市耕地动态变化的农村发展因素,同时对农民更好地合理利用耕地,挖掘耕地利用的最大的潜力更具有现实的指导意义.[方法]根据阿勒泰市农村社会发展的现状,通过主成分分析方法对影响阿勒泰市耕地动态变化的农村发展因素进行分析.[结果]10年间阿勒泰市耕地数量呈现平稳上升的趋势,影响阿勒泰市耕地数量变化的农村发展因素主要是科技与发展因素和生产资料因素.[结论]综合考虑影响耕地数量变化的农村发展因素,农业机械总动力、农业产值、化肥施用量和有效灌溉面积是影响耕地数量变化的主要农村发展驱动力.[ Objective] The purpose of this project aims to find the factors that are affecting the dynamic changes of the cultivated land use in Altay City from the year 2000 to 2012 from the perspective of rural devel- opment and by means of relevant analysis and research, which might have realistic directive significance for farmers ＂ more rational use of their land. [ Method] According to the current situation of rural social develop- ment in Altay City, principal component analysis was utilized to analyze the factors that are affecting rural de- velopment of cultivated land use in the City. ten years showed a rising trend, the main fac [ Result] The quantity of cultivated land in Altay City in the past tors affecting rural development changes in the number of cultivat- ed land in Altay city are between the science and technology and its development, and the means of production factors. [ Conclusion ] In view of rural development factors of cultivated land quantity change, the total power of agricultural machinery, agricultural output value, the amount of chemical fertilizer and irrigation area are mainly the driving forces that influence the cluantitv of cultivated land.
