摘　　要：介绍了三偏心蝶阀的密封结构特点和工作原理 ;以减小密封宽度bm 为目的 ,分析了蝶板偏心角α的计算与选择方法 ;为了减小摩擦力矩并且使蝶板关闭时弹性变形均匀 ,介绍了蝶板回转中心最佳位置的设计计算方法 。Sealing features and principle of tri-eccenter butterfly valve are introduced. The calculation and selection method of butterfly eccentric angle α are analyzed. Design and calculation method of optimal position of butterfly plate rotation center are introduced and relevant condition and geometrical data to determine the rotation center are analyzed.
