麻芩射干汤治疗哮喘60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨麻芩射干汤治疗哮喘的临床疗效。方法:120例均来自本院门诊的支气管哮喘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用自拟麻芩射干汤治疗,对照组用咳喘宁口服液治疗。结果:治疗组临床控制30例,显效5例,有效21例,无效4例,总有效率93.3%;对照组临床控制20例,显效4例,有效23例,无效13例,总有效率78.3%。结论:麻芩射干汤治疗哮喘的临床疗效显著,值得在临床上大力推广应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Maqin Shegan decoction on treating asthma. Methods：120 cases with bronchial asthma were from hospital outpatient, were randomly divided into the treated group and control group, each for 60 cases, the treated group was treated with the Maqin Shegan decoction, the control group was given Kechuanning oral. Results：In the treated group, the clinical control 30 cases, 5 cases markedly effective, effective in 21 cases, 4 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency was 93.3%;the control group clinical control 20 cases, 4 cases were markedly effective, effective in 23 cases, 13 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 78.3%. Conclusion：The Maqin Shegan decoction had significant clinical effect on treating asthma, worthy of clinical application.
