复方黄连液湿敷联合雷火灸治疗压疮的护理体会

摘　　要：目的：观察复方黄连液联合雷火灸治疗压疮的护理效果。方法：选择2010年5月～2012年5月临床II-IV期压疮患者76例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组：各期压疮均在无菌操作下常规清洁创面及周围皮肤。II期压疮用生理盐水清洗创面，III期和IV期压疮创面先用3%过氧化氢溶液清除厌氧菌，再用生理盐水将过氧化氢冲洗干净，坏死组织须先行清创处理。创面清洁消毒后，以无菌纱布湿透复方黄连液敷在创面上，进行雷火灸30min。对照组：按常规对压疮创清创处理后，湿敷复方黄连液，换药1次/d。结果：治疗组压疮愈合时间明显短于对照组，有效率明显高于对照组。两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：复方黄连液湿敷联合雷火灸治疗压疮，效果优于单纯黄连湿敷。Objective： To observe the Fufang Huanglian liquid plus thunderbolt moxibustion in treatment of pressure ulcers. Methods：May 2010 to May 2012 Clinical II-IV stage pressure ulcers 76 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group： all stages of pressure ulcers under aseptic conventional cleaning the wound and surrounding skin. Phase II pressure sores cleaning the wound with saline, III and IV pressure sore wound first with 3%hydrogen peroxide solution clear anaerobes, and then saline rinse hydrogen peroxide, debridement of necrotic tissue must first deal. Wound clean after disinfection, sterile gauze soaked compound berberine was deposited on the wound for 30 minutes thunderbolt moxibustion. Control group： according to conventional pressure ulcer wound debridement, the wet compound berberine solution once daily dressing. Results： Pressure ulcer healing treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group, there was significantly higher efficiency. There were significant differences between the two groups compared （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Wet joint compound berberine solution thunderbolt moxibustion treatment of pressure sores, better than pure berberine wet.
