益肾健步汤治疗膝骨关节炎前后VAS、WOMAC指数的变化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾健步汤治疗膝骨关节炎的WOMAC骨关节炎前后指数的变化,从而评价其疗效。方法:膝骨关节炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组给予益肾健步汤汤药,对照组选用塞来昔布(西乐葆)口服,采用国际公认的治疗膝骨关节炎的VAS WOMAC指数作为临床观察指标,观察两组疗效及症状改善情况。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:益肾健步汤能有效改善早中期膝骨关节、僵硬、活动功能障碍症状。Objective： To observe the VAS, WOMAC index changes before and after treating knee osteoarthritis with the Yishen Jianbu decoction, and to evaluate its effieacy Methods： 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the treated group and control group, 30 for each. The treated group was given the Yishen Jianbu decoction, the control group was given celecoxib （Celebrex） oral. Use the internationally recognized VAS, WOMAC index of treating knee osteoarthritis as the clinical observation index, efficacy and improvement of symptoms were observed between the two groups.Results： The observation group was significantly better than control group. Conclusion： The Yishen Jianbu decoction can effeetively improve the knee joint, rigid, movement dysfunction symptoms.
