摘　　要：目的：探讨自制黄连液保留灌肠治疗小儿细菌感染性腹泻的临床疗效。方法：选择临床诊断为小儿细菌感染性腹泻的患儿180例，随机分成治疗组和对照组，两组均给予抗感染、对症支持治疗。治疗组在确诊后给予自制黄连液保留灌肠，2次／d，疗程3～5d。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96．0％、66．3％（P〈0．01）。结论：自制黄连液保留灌肠治疗小儿细菌感染性腹泻，可以提高疗效，缩短住院时间。Objective： To investigate clinical effects of homemade berberine liquid retention enema on treating bacterial diarrhea in children. Methods： 180 cases were divided into control group and treated group, both groups were given the anti-infection, symptomatic and supportive treatment. The treated group was given homemade berberine liquid retention enema after diagnosis, 2 times a day, 3 to 5 days for a course. Results： the total efficiency in the treated group was 96.0%, 66.3% in the control （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Homemade berberine liquid retention enema was effective on treating bacterial diarrhea in children, can improve efficacy, and shorten hospital stay.
