摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤性伸直型膝关节僵硬的治疗方法及疗效。方法:采用中药薰蒸,手法按摩松解,辅以功能锻炼。结果:治疗26例,平均随访12个月,根据胥少玎膝关节功能及活动范围评分法评估,疗效显著。结论:外伤性膝关节僵硬及时采取正确的康复治疗,有利于关节功能的恢复。Objective： To discuss the therapies and effect in treating traumatic extension stiffness of knee joint by rehabilitation. Methods： The use of Chinese medicine fumigation, massage release, combined with functional exercise. Result： 26 cases were treated, for each with 12 months＇ follow-up visits on the average. The treatment is effective assessed by the scoring method of the joint function and the activity range which is put forward by XuShaoding. Conclusion： Traumatic stiff knee to take timely rehabilitation treatment right, helps to restore joint function.
