摘　　要：目的:探讨改良腹膜透析置管术治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法:通过改良腹膜透析置管术治疗30例慢性肾功能衰竭患者。结果:经30例实践证明,此方法简单、快速、安全、准确。未发生一例内脏损伤或腹腔出血现象,在漫长透析过程中无一例渗漏、隧道感染、移管及堵管等现象的发生。结论:改良腹膜透析置管术方法克服了下述存在的缺点,所以该方法无论胖瘦患者均适合,值得基层医院推广使用。Objective： To investigate the effects of the improved peritoneal dialysis catheter surgery. Methods： Treating 30 cases of chronic renal failure by the improved peritoneal dialysis catheter surgery. Results： The 30 cases of proven, this method is simple, fast, safe and accurate. Not one case of visceral injury or abdominal bleeding, in the long course of dialysis, no cases of leakage, tunnel infection, tube movement, and plugging and other phenomena. Conclusion： Modified peritoneal dialysis catheter overcomes the disadvantages, This method is suitable for fat or thin patients, it is worth to promote the use.
