摘  要:为研究我国特有孓遗植物攀枝花苏铁(Cycas panzhihuaensis L.Zhou et S.Y.Yang)内生真菌的多样性,分别从原生境和迁移地采集不同部位的组织材料,经培养分离纯化菌株,并进行形态学鉴定和多样性分析.结果显示分离共获得内生真菌438株,其中346株分属3纲、5目、8科、37属,以交链孢属Alternaria sp.、盘多毛孢属Pestalotia sp.、镰孢霉属Fusarium sp.、黑孢霉属Nigrospora sp.为优势属,92株为无孢菌群,研究说明攀枝花苏铁内生真菌具有高度的生物多样性.研究还发现不同采集时间、不同生境多样性相似度较高,但不同组织部位的菌群组成差异比较明显.As one of China's unique relic plants, Cycas panzhihuaensis L. was used to study the diversity of endophytic fungi. Samples of different parts of the Cyccas panzhihuaensis L. were collected from the original habitat and migration location, which were cultured and isolated to obtain purified strains. Strains were i- dentified by micro-morphology technology and species diversities were analyzed. The experiment isolated 438 strains, including 346 strains belonging to 3 classes, 5 orders, 8 families and 37 genera. A lternaria sp. , Pestalotia sp. , Fusarium sp. and Nigrospora sp. were the dominant genera. 82 strains were Mycelia sterilia. This indicated the high biological diversity of endophytic fungi from Cycas panzhihuaensis L.. Furthermore, the study also concluded similar diversity among flora collected from different habitats at different time, but significant flora composition disparities among different tissues.
