摘　　要："透热转气"法作为温病营血分的重要治法,其内涵和用法一直受到广泛讨论和关注。"透热转气"的核心与根本在于清泄营热、开达郁闭、消除气营阻隔,从而顺从热性开泄的特点将其消散于外。"开郁泄热"实为"透热转气"临床应用的要旨。＂Clearing heat of yingfen to qifen＂ is an important treatment method for yingfen and xuefen syn- dromes of febrile disease, and its content and use have always been widely discussed and attracted atten-tion. The core and essence of ＂clearing heat of yingfen to qifen＂ lie in clearing ying-heat, removing stagna- tion, and eliminating the barrier between qifen and yingfen, thus dissipating the heat according to the char acteristics of opening-dispersing. ＂Removing stagnation and clearing heat＂ is actually the key point of the clinical application of ＂clearing heat of yingfen to qifen＂.
