闭合复位中空螺钉内固定结合中药内服治疗股骨颈骨折36例  

Clinical Efficacy of Closed Reduction and Internal Fixation with Cannulated Screws Combined with Oral Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicines in Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture:A Report of 36 Cases

摘　　要：目的观察闭合复位中空螺钉内固定结合中药内服治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为对照组、治疗组,每组各36例,两组均行中空加压螺钉内固定,治疗组依据辨证分期同时予中药内服,对照组常规预防处理。结果治疗组总优良率显著优于对照组(94.44%vs 72.22%,P<0.05);两组术后1、3、6个月Harris评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论闭合复位中空螺钉内固定结合中药内服治疗股骨颈骨折临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of closed reduction and internal fixation with cannu lated screws combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicines （TCMs） in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods Seventy-two patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into control group （n=36） and treatment group （n=36）. Both groups underwent internal fixation with cannulated compression screws; in addition, the treatment group was orally given TCMs by stages, while the control group received conventional preventive treatment. Results The treatment group had a signifi- cantly higher excellent and good response rate than the control group （94. zizi~ vs 72.22~, P%O. 05）. There were significant differences in Harris scores between the two groups at 1, 3, and 6 months after op- eration （P^0.01）. Conclusion Closed reduction and internal fixation with cannulated screws combined with oral administration of TCMs have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of femoral neck fracture and hold promise for clinical application.
