摘　　要：目的探讨颈项针的组方规律、疗法特点和临床适应证。方法对1994—2012年间111篇运用颈项针的临床报道文献进行分析、对比。结果颈项针的组方遵循一定的规律,刺激量大于一般针刺法,临床应用疗效肯定,尤其对脑源性疾病,精神、神经系统疾病,运动系统疾病有较好疗效。结论应在临床实践中开展规范化的技术操作,拓展颈项针应用范围,为临床研究打下基础。Objective To investigate the prescription law, therapeutic features, and clinical indications of cervix-napex acupuncture. Methods Analysis and comparison were performed on 111 clinical reports on cervix napex acupuncture published from 1994 to 2012. Results The prescription of cervix-napex acupunc- ture followed a certain law, and its stimulation was stronger than conventional acupuncture. Cervix-napex acupuncture had positive clinical efficacy, especially for cerebral disease, mental disease, nervous system disease, and motor system disease. Conclusion The technical operation of cervix napex acupuncture should be standardized in clinical practice, and the application of cervix-napex acupuncture should be extended, so as to lay the foundation for clinical research.
