石榴叶乙醇水提取物的抑菌杀虫活性研究

摘　　要：用索氏提取法以乙醇水加热提取石榴叶的有效成分,并对提取物的抑菌作用和对果蝇与槐蚜触杀活性进行了探究。结果表明,石榴叶提取物对革兰氏阳性菌(白色葡萄球菌)有明显抑制作用,其有效抑菌浓度值为40mg/mL;对果蝇的药理作用明显,数据变化显著,有上升趋势;对槐蚜有明显的触杀活性,其LC50为10.4203mg/mL。因此,石榴叶提取物对革兰氏阳性菌及昆虫有良好的抑菌杀虫效果。In present study, the active ingredient was extracted from pomegranate leaf by Soxhlet extraction method with eth- anol and water solution accompanied by heating, and the activity of extract against bacteria, Drosophila melanogaster and Aleurocanthusspiniferus were studied. The results showed that the pomegranate leaf extract have significantly suppress of Gram-positive bacteria （Staphylococcus albus）, the effective inhibitory concentration value ia 40 mg/ml; and it has obviously pharmacological effect on Drosophila with data changes, and rising; With pharmacological effects Cassia aphids value , its LC50 is 10. 4203 mg/mL. Therefore, the pomegranate leaf extract is good antibacterial insecticidal effect on gram-positive bacteria and insect.
