摘 要:聚苯胺因其具有良好的导电性和环境稳定性,使其成为导电高分子聚合物研究的热点之一。本文首次以半导体纳米二氧化钛光激发制备了纳米聚苯胺复合材料。合成实验依托自主设计的循环式环隙气液固三相流化床反应器,在紫外光灯照射下,苯胺初始浓度范围为2-24gL^-1,引发聚合反应,通过在线控制溶液pH值、电导率、吸光度研究了聚合反应的动力学过程。结果表明,优化的实验条件为:TiO2添加浓度为0.125gL^-1,pH值为6,且聚苯胺具有较好的氧化还原性。Polyaniline (PANI) has been one of the hotspots of the conductive polymer due to its good electrical conductivity and environmental stability. In this case, based on the information of polyaniline properties and preparation methods, polyani- line were prepared by photocatalytic excitation of nano-titanium dioxide. Experiments, using nano-titanium dioxide photocatalyst under UV irradiation in designed annular fluidized bed reactor, have performed to polymerize aniline and investigate its electro-chemical properties. The special experimental conditions were optimized as TiO2 dosage at 0. 125gL^-1 , pH value at 6,under UV-light at the maximum wavelength of 254 nm, and at the initial concentration of aniline ranging from 2 to 24gL^-1. Furthermore, Polyaniline obtained in this case has an excellent redox and conductivity properties.
