摘　　要：系统采用西门子公司的S7-400H冗余的PLC加分布式I/O的PROFIBUS-DP冗余网络进行组态,实现了临界报警系统的总体控制。PROFIBUS-DP冗余系统网络的构建,保证了在一路网络有故障的情况下,另一路网络自动切换进行数据通讯。分布式I/O实现了分散现场的统一管理,既提高了系统的可靠性,又增强了系统的可维护性,为以后的维护节省了人力和物力。PLC在本系统中的应用,实现了临界报警系统的数字化、网络化,提高了系统的可靠性。The system have one SIMATIC S7 -400H controller and 7 distributed I/Os. The PROFIBUS -DP dual redundant network is used in the system to control the site alarm funetions. If one network is failure, the other network can switch to transfer data automatically. The reliability and maintainability are enhanced by the combination of the hardware and software of PLC. It can save the human and material resources. The result of the system test shows that the functions of the system correct, it can realized the requirements of specification. The system realized the network and the digital. The system reliability was improved.
