摘 要:利用石英粉为主要原料,以氯化钠(NaCl)和氢氧化钠(NaOH)分别作为矿化剂合成α-方石英,探讨矿化剂的作用机理及其对石英晶型转化的影响。采用X射线衍射仪表征合成样品的晶相,用Rietveld Quantification半定量分析软件计算各晶相的含量。结果表明:矿化剂的加入有利于石英转化为α-方石英,在煅烧温度为1200℃,保温时间3 h,原料粒度相同的情况下,矿化剂NaOH更有利于石英向α-方石英的转化。Quartz powder as the main raw material and NaC1 or NaOH as mineralizers, respectively, were used to synthesize α - cristobalite. The reaction mechanism of mineralizers and the influence of the crystal shape conversion were studied. The crystal phase of sample synthesized was characterized by X - ray diffraction. Semi - quantitative software (Rietveld Quantification) was applied to calculate the content of each crystalline phase. The results showed that the addition of mineralizer was conducive to the conversion from quartz to α- eristobalite. Furthermore, when the calcination temperature was 1200℃, holding for 3 h, the raw material granularity was equal and the mineralizer of NaOH was better for conversion to α -cristobalite silica.
