摘 要:采用高频燃烧红外吸收法测定生铁中碳含量时,分别使用标准样品和基准物质校准碳的标准曲线,两种校准方法的测定结果一致,但精度略有差别。经过对影响测定结果不确定度的各个因素进行比较,发现不确定度的差异主要来源于测量重复性、标准样品碳含量、测量变动性和称量过程引起的不确定度分量。采用基准物质校准标准曲线的不确定度更小。t检验表明,两种校准方法的测定结果无显著性差异。According to standard curves which calibrated by either certificated reference materials or primary standard, the content of carbon in pig iron was determined by high frequency infrared absorption method. The results were slightly different in precision. The factors influencing the uncertainty of results were analyzed in both groups, and through the evaluation procedures of uncertainty, it could be concluded that the uncertainty of determination results was mainly from repeatability of determination, carbon content of certificated reference material, variability in determination and weighing. The value of relative standard uncertainty was smaller while the standard curve was calibrated by primary standard. There was no significant difference among the results in both groups through t -Test.
