摘　　要：《植物油料资源综合利用》是河南工业大学食品科学与工程专业油脂工程方向的重要课程,是一门理论性和实践性并重的课程。本文从理论知识的讲授和实践教学的设置来谈谈教授这门课程的实践与体会,为其他相关课程的教学提供参考。Comprehensive utilization of vegetable oil - bearing seeds was major course of edible oil engineering of food science and technology in Henan University of Technology, which was a theoretical and practical discipline. The teaching practice was discussed from the implementation of the theory teaching and the setting of the practical teaching, which can also proposed some references for the other course.
