摘　　要：轿车密封条随着车门的动态启闭而处于疲劳磨损老化中,其表面的涂层可以保护密封条基体材料,延长密封条使用寿命,因此对于密封条表面涂层的检测方法和质量控制尤为重要。文章通过对国标和各主机厂的密封条表面涂层耐磨性试验的分析,总结出轿车密封条表面涂层的质量、厚度、结合力以及耐磨性的检测方法和控制标准。实验室中的检测手段增强了对密封条产品过程质量的控制,有效保证了密封条(附涂层)在整车寿命中的功能性和耐用度。Car seal strip gradually becomes wearing in the state of opening and closing the door, the coating of seal strip can protect the strip material to be worn, prolong the life of strip, therefore the test method for coating of strip and quality control is very. important. The test for coating abrasion resistance of strip is analyzed in this paper, the test method and requirements of seal strip, including coating quality, coating thickness, jointing and abrasion resistance are summarized in the paper. The test method in the lab enhances the quality control of seal strip, guarantees the functionality and endurance of seal strip.
