摘　　要：依据热交换器外壳所选材料的特点及其外形结构特点,分析并确定了合理的冲压成形工艺方案,同时对其成形模具设计中的要点进行了重点阐述。This paper is mainly based on the characteristics of heat exchanger shell of the material,and the characteristics of it＇s structure, Analysis and reasonable process scheme of die forming was determined,At the same time,its forming points in die design are mainly discussed.
