摘　　要：介绍了一种用于槽钢切断的特殊结构的模具,主要针对某一种槽钢进行快速切断,确定槽钢快速切断工艺,进而制定槽钢模具结构,最终进行模具结构参数设计,使其在不影响加工质量的前提下最大限度的提高加工效率,提高模具寿命。This paper introduces a special structure for the channel cutting-off die, mainly for a particular channel for fast cutting, fast cutting process to determine channel, leading to the development channel die structure, the final design of the die structure parameters, so that it does not affecting the processing quality of the premise maximize processing efficiency, improve die life.
