摘　　要：介绍了一正挤压制件与其所使用的模具,模具镶件涂层前与涂层后的使用情况;重点介绍了模具镶件的选材、热处理、加工、装配等情况;指出涂层技术的使用对模具寿命大幅提升的效果。This paper introduces the used in a forward extrusion parts and extruding die, extruding die insert before coating and after coating the usage; Mainly introduced the extruding die insert material selection, heat treatment, machining, assembly, and so on and so forth; Pointed out that the use of coating technology of die life improved effect.
