自制漱口液在化疗患者口腔黏膜炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制漱口液治疗化疗引起的口腔黏膜炎的效果。方法将71例发生口腔黏膜炎的化疗患者随机分为观察组(36例,采用自制漱口液)和对照组(35例,用生理盐水)进行对比研究。结果观察组治愈率为88.87%,对照组治愈率为51.42%;观察组有效率为100%,对照组有效率为82.86%;观察组比对照组平均治愈时间明显缩短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制漱口液治疗口腔黏膜炎明显优于生理盐水。Objective To explore the efficacy of self-made gargle in treating patients with chemotherapy-induced oral mueositis. Methods A total of 71 patients with oral mucositis were randomly divided into the observation group（36 cases, applying oral mucositis） and the control group（35 cases, applying Saline solution）. The effects were compared. Results The curative rate of the observation group was 88.87%, and 51.42% for the control group. Total effective rate of the observation group was 100%, and 82.86% for the control group. The average curative time for the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The differences were all statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Self-made gargle is superior to Saline solution in treating patients with oral mucositis.
