小檗碱含量测定方法的研究进展

摘　　要：小檗碱是多种中药的有效成分,除了具有传统的消炎抗菌等药理作用外,还有抗肿瘤、抗疟、治疗心血管疾病、糖尿病等作用,目前多用HPLC、紫外、荧光等方法进行含量测定。本文主要对小檗碱的含量测定方法的研究进展进行综述。Berberine is the active ingredient of a variety of traditional Chinese medicines, which can not only be used as traditional anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory pharmacy, but also has effects on cancer, helopyra, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. HPLC, UV and fluorescence spectroscopy etc. are the most common content determination methods. This paper mainly reviewed the reseach progress in content determination methods of berberine.
