摘 要:采用10%SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对胡枝子属的13份种质材料进行了种子贮藏蛋白研究,13份供试材料共分离出88条带,其中多态性谱带74条,占扩增谱带总数的84.1%。种间的谱带差异明显,而种内的谱带差异较小。遗传距离聚类分析表明:达乌里胡枝子各种质之间亲缘关系较近,其次是其变种牛枝子和无梗达乌里胡枝子。从物种角度来看,达乌里胡枝子与二色胡枝子的遗传关系最远,与截叶胡枝子的次之,与尖叶胡枝子的遗传关系最近,表明应用种子蛋白电泳图谱可以进行胡枝子属的分类学鉴定。Using 10% gel SDS-PAGE, the seed storage proteins of thirteen Lespedeza germplasms were analyzed. The results showed that the total seed storage protein bands of the germplasms were 88. There were 14 common bands, and 74 polymorphic bands. The ratio of polymorphic bands was 84. 1%. The differences in band map among species were bigger than within species. The dendrogram of 13 germ- plasms of Lespedeza based on seed storage protein showed the genetic relationships between the germ- plasms of L. davurica were more near, next was the varieties of L. davurica var. potaninii and L. da vurica var. sessilis. At species level, the genetic relationship between L. davurica and L. hedysaroides was more near, next was L. cuneata. The genetic relationship between L. davurica and L. bicolor was wider than other species. Seed storage protein technology can be used in the taxonomic identification of Lespedeza species.
