摘 要:为了解不同苜蓿品种对春季低温的响应,对11份苜蓿材料进行低温胁迫,恢复生长后测定了抗寒指数、地上形态指标、根颈特征和根系特征等多个指标,并进行了相关分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明:不同苜蓿材料的抗倒春寒性差异明显,其中草原2号的伤害指数最小,抗性最强;肇东次之;敖汉伤害指数最大,抗性最差。生物总产量与株高、分枝数、芽数、节数、根颈直径、主根直径和侧根数呈极显著正相关。苜蓿形态学的主要变异来源于主根直径和根颈直径。YL-2和YL-4可作为培育抗倒春寒苜蓿的材料。The resistance to late spring coldness and the production performance of 11 alfalfa cultivars were studied. The coldness resistance indexes, aboveground indexes, taproot characteristics were meas- ured. The results showed that there were significant differences in resistance to late spring coldness among alfalfa cultivars, damage index of Caoyuan No. 2 was minimal, which has the strongest resistance to late spring coldness, the next was Zhaodong, the damage index of Aohan was maximal, the tolerance to late spring coldness was the worst; the total biomass was positively correlated with height, branch number, bud number, node number, taproot diameter, main root diameter and lateral root number; the main source of variation was from main root diameter and taproot diameter; YL-2 and YL-4 can be used as materials for breeding alfalfa varieties of anti-late spring coldness.
