摘　　要：针对以对生玉米为材料的 PCR影响因素进行了系统的探讨 ,得到了适合的反应体系和循环参数。实验结果显示 ,用不同公司的 Taq DNA聚合酶扩增的 RAPD图谱不同 ,不具有重复性 ;双引物组合扩增可以检测到一些为单引物所不能检测到的位点 。Several factors which affected RAPD reaction were studied.The results showed that the most influencing factors which affected the consistency of band patterns came from the concentration of primer,MgCl 2,dNTPs and template.A suitable system through parameter optimization was obtained.It is found that the Taq DNA polymorases from different companies performed variably.Double primer combination could detect the DNA location which could not be detected by single primer.
