摘　　要：目的探讨白血病抑制因子(leukemia inhibitory factor,LIF)的表达与稽留流产的关系。方法选择30例稽留流产患者为观察组,同期自愿选择人工流产术终止妊娠的正常早孕妇女30例为对照组,用免疫组化链酶素抗生物蛋白—过氧化物酶连接(streptavidin-perosidase,SP)法检测LIF在两组绒毛及蜕膜组织中的表达情况。结果①LIF在绒毛组织中表达于滋养细胞胞浆中;在蜕膜组织中表达于腺体细胞胞浆。②LIF在两组蜕膜组织中的表达均明显高于绒毛组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③LIF在观察组绒毛及蜕膜组织中的表达较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LIF在绒毛及蜕膜组织中的表达强度降低,胚胎着床后发育不良导致稽留流产。Objective To investigate the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor （LIF）in embryonic tissues from missed abortion and their relationship. Methods Selected 30 cases with the missed abortion were as observation group, and other 30 cases in the same time were taken induced abortion voluntarily as control group. The expression of LIF in the chorionic villus and decidua tissues were detected by the method of Streptavidin - Peroxidase （SP）. Results （~）LIF was mainly expressed in trephocyte endochylema of chorionic trophoblast. In deciduas tissue, LIF was mainly expressed in endochylema of glandular orgen cells. （~）The expression of LIF increased obviously in decidual cells compared with chorionic trophoblast, and the difference was significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （~）The levels of LIF decreased obviously in chorionic villus and decidua tissues of observation group compared to control group, and the difference was significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expression of LIF significantly degraded in the chorionic villus and decidua tissues of missed abortion, so the embryonic implantation would become disfunction resulting to missed abortion.
