内生型农村资金互助引导策略研究——基于安徽六县(区)调查数据

摘　　要：利用对安徽部分地区农民专业合作社调查的数据构建Logit模型,分析内生型农村资金互助的引导策略。结果表明,其他条件一致时,经营服务内容偏向农业生产环节的合作社开展资金互助的概率略高;经营服务区域适中的合作社开展资金互助的概率较高;内部管理不善的合作社开展资金互助的可能性较低。因此,应当重视农业生产环节的资金互助;引导合作社构建合理的经营服务区域;加强对合作社内部管理的监督;加强对落后地区内生型农村资金互助的引导。Using the survey data of Farmer Professional Cooperatives in parts of Anhui province, this paper makes a Logit model to analyze the guide strategies of endogenous rural mutual funds. The results show that： （ 1 ） Under the same conditions, the probability of Coop- eratives engaging in production to carry out mutual funds is slightly higher; （2） Cooperatives with reasonable coverage will have a higher probability for mutual funds ; （ 3 ） The weak internal management will lead a less probability of mutual fund. Therefore, this paper concludes that：the mutual funds based on agricultural production ought to be emphasized, reasonable coverage should be constructed, the management of Cooperatives needs to be strengthened, and the poor areas＇endogenous mutual funds should be highlighted.
